Ladies and Gentlemen...Blue Eyed Leo
Chuck Jennings is an artistic songwriter, vocalist and rhythm guitar player.
Allen "Vac" Vaccarello is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and songwriter as well.
Together they have redefined epic sounds from the classic rock era with acoustic versions of intricate instrumentation on 6 & 12 string guitars, keyboard, a bit of harmonica, and an outstanding blend of "soul searing" vocal harmonies covering such renowned artists as The Beatles, Elton John, Crosby Stills & Nash, Simon & Garfunkel, America, and a host of others as well as more recent artists such as Snow Patrol, Guster, Sister Hazel, and Jack Johnson.
The duo often begins an evening with softer dinner music and ramps it up from there or can come out screaming & kicking depending on the venue...The duo will open June with back to back private events at Boulder Ridge Country Club on Friday the 1st and a private Kildeer residence on Saturday the 2nd. performing at a highschool graduation party. They're back in the public eye at Zaza's Tavola Italiana in Lake Barrington on Thursday the 14th 7-10pm, Prairie Krafts Brewing Company in Buffalo Grove on Friday the 15th 7-10pm, and closes out the month at Fatman's Gurnee on Friday the 22nd 6-10pm and Saturday the 23rd. 7:30 - 10:30pm at Copper Fiddle Distillery in Lake Zurich. Inbetween public shows the duo will be making their debut in North Barrington for members and their guests on Saturday June 16th at The Club at Wynstone and perform for another class of 2018 high school graduate in Barrington on the afternoon of June 23rd ahead of their Coppe Fiddle performance later that evening. July opens with a return to Cary Country Club on Friday the 13th 7-10pm and performs twice on Saturday the 14th 1st at a private backyard party in McHenry from 11am - 2pm and for the Lake Zurich high school graduating class of 1968 in celebration of their 50th at Kemper Lakes in Kildeer from 8-11:30pm. The following weekend opens with another return to Countryside Saloon in Des Plaines from 9pm Friday the 20th until 1am and performs at another 50th private event in Antioch on Saturday the 21st only this time in celebration of 50 years of marriage.
August opens on Wednesday the 1st with a provate rooftop event in Chicago's Roscoe Village. On the 10th the duo makes their debut performance at Broken Earth Winery in Long Grove 8-11pm and then it's on to Cary Country Club on Friday the 17th 7-10pm wher Chuck & Vac being Leos will be celebrating their August birthdays and finally closing out the monthwith a return to Fatmans Gurnee on Friday the 24th 7-11pm.
